摘要
在市场竞争日益激烈的新形势下,如何加强医疗质量管理,持续改进和提高医疗质量,为患者提供满意的医疗服务成为军队医院管理者关心的问题。本文介绍了ISO9000标准的基本知识,在分析医院医疗服务特点的基础上,论述了在医院实施ISO认证的必要性。指出了通过在医院引入 ISO9000这种先进的管理方式,改善了医院的质量保证体系,推动了医院管理的标准化、规范化,提高了医院整体实力。
Under the new situation of increasingly severe market competition, problems on how to strengthen the management of medical treatment, improve quality of medical treatment continuously and provide patients satisfying medical services catch attention of administrators. The author introduces the basic knowledge of ISO9000. On the base of analyzing particularity of medical services in hospital, the author illustrates the necessity of attestation of ISO in hospital. By introducing advanced management method of ISO9000, hospital quality guarantee system was improved, standardization of hospital management was promoted to boost the integral strength of hospital.
