摘要
通过介绍医院建立 ISO90 0 0质量管理体系的必要性和具体实践 ,阐释了有关质量管理体系的基本内容、所在医院建立质量规范的个性特点。实践证明 ,ISO90 0 0标准质量管理体系使医院员工的“大质量观”逐渐形成 ;业务流程更加科学合理 ;文件会议明显减少 ;终末质量得到提升 ;整体素质不断增强 ;医疗行为科学严谨 ,基本实现了全程、全面。
In this article the author introduced the necessity and practice of establishing ISO9000 quality control system in hospitals. The system gradually helped form the overall idea of quality among all the staff, and the procedure of the operation became more scientific. The documents and meetings obviously decreased and the end service quality was improved. The overall quality was also upgraded and the medical behavior became more scientific, and the overall, whole process , real time and advance control was achieved.
