Pb_(1-x)Sr_xTiO_3固溶化合物及其热膨胀性

摘要 通过高温固相合成法合成Pb_(1-x)Sr_xTiO_3固溶化合物,用X射线衍射测定其固溶范围为0≤x≤1,晶胞参数随固溶度x连续变化,呈非线形关系;高温X射线衍射测定了x=0.0,0.15,0.20,0.50,0.90,1.0固溶化合物的结构,得出晶格常数与温度的关系,计算出相应的本征热膨胀系数,DSC分析表明,Pb_(0.8)Sr_(0.2)TiO_3热力学性质稳定。 The solid solution compounds Pb1-xSrxTiO3 were synthesized by a solid-state reaction at high temperatures. The solid solution limit of Pb1-x,SrxTiO3 was determined in the range of 0.0 less than or equal to x less than or equal to 1.0 at room temperature (RT) by XRD method. The cell parameters of Pb1-xSrxTiO3 nonlinearly change with solubility x continuously. The cell parameters of Pb1-xSrxTiO3 (x = 0.0, 0.15, 0.20, 0.50, 0.90, 1.0) were measured from RT to 900 degreesC with high temperature XRD method, therefore their intrinsic thermal expansions were calculated.
