摘要
用高温X射线衍时(XRD)方法研究纯Co相变的动态行为.结果表明:425℃以上它以fcc(β─Co)形式存在,在无应变条件下大部分β─Co可以保持至室温,常温下研磨,则β─Co将转变成hcp结构的α─Co,说明在β─Co向α─Co相变的过程中,应力是重要的诱发因素.
Phase transformation of Co has been studied by using high temperature X-ray diffraction.At a temperature above 425℃ the hcp structure of Co transformed to an fcc phase. The most finding is that the transformation below 425℃ is very difficult to induce by simple cooling. If fcc-Co deformed by grinding,it is easy to transform into hcp phase at room temperature.So, at the process of transformation from fec into hcp, deformation is very important.
