摘要
利用拮抗细菌(B-9l6、H-91、G-329、P-6854和JND)对茄果类蔬菜几种常见病害(根腐病、猝倒病和早疫病)进行室内外生物防治试验。结果表明:①上述5种拮抗细菌对参试的植物病原真菌菌丝抑制率为29.41%~85.78%;②拮抗菌对茄果类蔬菜的根腐病、猝例病两种土传病害有防治作用,与清水对照相比,番茄死苗率下降;③田间防效试验中,拮抗菌能有效防治番茄早疫病,防效达61.75%~80.60%。
In this experiment,the control effects of antagonistic bacterium (B-916,H-91,G-329,P-6854 and JND)a-gainst some common diseases in solanaceous vegetables (root rot,damping-off and early blight of tomato) were studied. The results showed that ①the suppressive rates of the antagonistic bacterium to the growth of hyphae of pathogenic fungi were 29.41% ~85. 78% ;②the antagonistic strains control soil borne diseases ( root rot and damping-off) efficiently. Compared with CK,the rates of dead seedling decreased;③the control effects of antagonistic bacterium on early blight of tomato reached 61. 75% -80. 60% in the field experiment.
