摘要
为了明确金银木叶中黄酮类化合物提取的最佳工艺条件 ,通过对不同浸提温度、不同浸提时间、不同乙醇浓度、不同料液比等单因素的浸提效果进行比较分析 ,确定了最佳单因素水平。再通过正交实验 ,确定了以乙醇为浸提剂提取金银木中黄酮类化合物的最佳提取工艺条件为 :乙醇质量分数 60 %、浸提温度 70℃、浸提时间 4h、料液比 1∶30。确定提取级数为 2次 ,提取率达 95
The best level of the factors including extraction te mperature , extraction time, ethanol concentration and the ratio of weight of the dry leaf powder to volume of solvent (W/V) were determined in extraction of flavone from Lonicera maackii Maxim. The optimal processing techniques foun d through orthogonal experiment was that the dry leaf powder was soaked with 60% of ethanol at 1∶30 of W/V for 4 hours at 70℃, in which 95 per cent of the tot al flavone in the leaves would be extracted after two times.
