摘要
用NDLasota弱毒株、NDV地方分离株(F基因VII型)-HD1,分别接种鸡胚,收集尿囊液,制备病毒抗原液,福尔马林灭活后按一定比例混合,与白油佐剂乳化成油包水型乳剂疫苗。对二价苗各项技术指标进行了测定,证明本疫苗安全、无副作用,接种后3周产生免疫保护,攻毒保护率为100%,接种2周后通过免疫抗体检测,NDHI抗体效价达81og2。本疫苗在河南汤阴一些种鸡场和蛋鸡场应用,获得了满意效果,有效的控制了ND的发生与流行。
Chick blastocysts were vaccinated with ND Lasota attenuated strain and NDV local isolated strain(F gene type VII)-HDI,respectively,followed by collection of allantoic fluid,preparation of viral antigen fluid,proportionate mixing after being killed with formalin,and emulsion into an oilcoated water-type emulsion vaccine with a white oil adjuvant.All technical parameters determined of the divalent vaccine showed that it was safe with no side effects.Immunological protection happened with 100% challenging protection 3 weeks after vaccination.Examinaion of immunological antibodies 2 weeks after vaccination indicated that the antibody titer for NDHI reached 8 log2.Application of this vaccine on some breeding chicken farms and laying hen farms in Tangyin,Henan has produced satisfactory results,effectively putting Newcastle disease in check.
