摘要
目的 探讨高效液相色谱 -蒸发光散射法 (HPL C- EL SD)测定黄芪中黄芪甲苷含量中相关试验条件 :如提取溶剂 ,溶剂浓度 ,提取方法及药材粉碎度等的最佳选择。方法 采用 HPL C- EL SD发光散射检测法。结果 黄芪甲苷在 2 .0～ 10 .0 μg与峰面积积分值呈良好的线性关系。 (r=0 .9997,n=5 ) ,平均回收率为97.9 (RSD=1.8 )。结论 在合适条件下 ,HPL C- EL
Objective To study the HPLC-ELED method for the assays of astragaloside in Radix Astragali and determine the most suitable testing condition such as choosed solvent , concentration of the solvent, the way of the extraction and the granularity of the raw material,etc.Method The HPLC-ELSD method was used.Result The standard curve was linear at the range of 2.0~10.0 μg for astragaloside (r=0.999 7,n=5),the average recovery was 97.9%(RSD=1.8%).Conclusion Under suitable condition, the method of determining astragaloside in Radix Astragali by HPLC-ELED is worth to be popularized.
