摘要
利用硅溶胶作为合成原料,通过高分子网络凝胶法制备了堇青石粉。采用XRD,TG—DSC,SEM,EDS等手段对其相变过程进行了研究。高分子网络法制得凝胶经过500℃脱碳后,在高温条件下发生了如下变化:在800℃以下煅烧形成无定性相,900℃时形成假蓝宝石相,假蓝宝石相在1 000℃与无定形SiO2形成β-堇青石,β-堇青石在1 100℃开始转化为a-堇青石,1 200℃时可以形成结晶良好的纯a-堇青石相。用高分子网络法比固相反应1450℃合成堇青石降低反应温度250℃。
Cordierite powder was prepared by the polyacrylamide gel method using silica-sol as starting material . The phase transitions of Cordierite powder were investigated by means of XRD , TG - DSC , SEM and EDS measurements . The results show that after decarbonization at 500℃, the amorphous phase in the polyacrylamide gel is formed below 800℃, the saphirine phase is formed at 900℃ and the β- Cordierite is formed at 1 000℃ by the reaction of saphirine with the amorphous silica.β- Cordierite began to transit to a - Cordierite at 1 100℃, and the crystallization of pure a - Cordierite became better at 1 200℃22. Compared with method of solid reactions, the synthesized temperature of the polyacrylamide gel method decreases 250℃.
