摘要
NiO是一种广泛用于冶金、化学及电子等工业的重要原料,在制备工艺中,最大难题是团聚问题。该研究以金属硝酸盐为原料,利用高分子网络法制备出粒径为20nm左右的纳米NiO超细粉,此法原料要求简单,所得晶粒粒度均匀、结晶好,没有团聚问题,其晶粒尺寸可以通过金属盐的浓度加以控制,非常适用于超细氧化物,尤其是多元氧化物纳米材料的制备。
Nickel oxide is a kind of very important material which is widely used in metallurgical,chemical and electronic industries. The NiO powders become agglomerated very easily during the current preparing process. Here superfine NiO powders have been prepared by a polymernetwork gel process. The obtained powders are mostly crystalline single phases with small particle size of 20 nm ca and satisfying crystalline integrity. By the process,there occurs no agglomerating problem,so the process is suitable to the preparation of nanoscale oxides.
