摘要
在3Y—TZP中加入质量含量为10%~20%的La—Si—B系玻璃粉料,复相材料能在1 300℃烧结致密,液相烧结是试样烧结温度降低的原因。对试样分别进行表面研磨和稀醋酸浸泡后发现:试样表面发生了部分t—ZrO2到m—ZrO2的相变;随玻璃含量的增加,试样在稀醋酸中的化学稳定性下降。经过表面研磨和稀醋酸浸泡后材料的强度均有所下降,但在牙科陶瓷材料中仍处于较高水平。实验结果表明:表面研磨后材料的破坏主要是由表面划痕引起的,而稀醋酸浸泡后材料的失效主要是由于材料表面的玻璃相在醋酸中的溶解和腐蚀而产生的腐蚀坑和孔洞所致。
3Y -TZP/glass composites with 10%-20% (in mass ) of lanthanum borosilicate glass were fully densified at 1 300℃. Low sintering temperature of the composites is attributed to the liquid phase sintering mechanism. The composites were treated by surface wet grinding and diluted acetic acid exposing, respectively. It is found that partial phase transformation from t - ZrO2 to m - ZrO2 happens at surface of the composites after the surface treatments. Chemical stability of the composites in diluted acetic acid decreases with the increase of glass content. The strength of the composites deteriorates after surface treatments , but it is still at good level in dental ceramics. It shows that the damage of composites after surface grinding is caused by the surface scratch, and the damage after exposition in diluted acetic acid is the result of the pits formed by the dissolving of glass phase in acetic acid.
