摘要
通过适当的制备工艺,制得了含10vol%~20vol%玻璃的增韧氧化锆-玻璃复相材料,这种材料易于烧结、对原材料要求低、具有较低的热膨胀系数和弹性模量,它具有与Y—TZP相当的力学性能,而且在水蒸气中热处理30h后无强度退化现象。
he TZP-Glass composite materials containing 10vo1% ̄20vol% glass have been prepared by proper processing. This kind of material is easy to sinter and has low requirements for raw material and smaller thermal expansion coefficient and Young's modulus than conventional Y-TZP. Experiments show that they have good mechanical properties similar to Y-TZP's and no degradation after ageing for 30 hours in water vapor atomshpere.
