摘要
文章在分析国内外地理编码现状的基础上,重点研究了北京的地址现状,认为北京市的地址模型是一种复杂的层次模型。根据这种模型,提出了最小地址要素的概念,并用随机无意义唯一码对地址进行编码。文章在理论上解决了长期困扰中国地理编码进程的一些问题,为地理编码的现实应用奠定了基础。
Based on the analysis of the geocoding researches,this paper first describes the current addresses in Beijing and gives a conclusion that the Beijing's address model is a complicated layer model.According to this model,this pa-per invents a concept of minimal address factor.Then the paper uses unique random-meaningless code for address cod-ing.The paper solves the geocoding problems that long time exists in China theoretically.And it establishes a base for the future goecoding practice in China
