摘要
该文在对国内开发地理编码数据库系统进行需求分析的基础上,提出系统建设目标和主要内容,结合国内地址现状,提出了以遥感影像为基底进行地址数据采集的方法,并全面阐述了开发地理编码数据库系统的技术思想,最后结合北京市地理编码数据库系统实例给出了具体的技术实现方案。
This paper analyses the requirement ,objective and content of Geocoding Database oriented China.According to characteristic of address data,the paper expatiates the technical thinking for developing Geocoding Database based on remote sensing images.Finally,a whole technical schema for Beijing has been put forward.
