介绍了用在通用冲床上的弓形件一次成形弯曲模的结构、工作过程和主要模具零件设计。该模具采用2组橡胶板实现凸模和凹模底板分别浮动结构,提高了生产效率和弯曲件质量,降低了模具的磨损。
The structure and working process of the bending die for forming bow-shaped parts in one opˉeration on universal stamping machines are introduced.The design of the main parts of the die is stated.Two sets of rubber sheets make the punch and matrix plates of the die separately floating.The proˉduction efficiency and the bended part quality have increased and the die abrasion has reduced.
