摘要
本文通过对大功率斩波器紫铜水冷散热器的焊接工艺、技术进行分析研究,得出了一种新型实用的直流反接焊接技术。解决了类似大型水冷散热器在防渗漏焊接技术方面的难题,并进行了可行性验证。
By analyzing weld technology of the purple copper water-cooled radiator used in high-power chopper , we have found a newly direct and current anti-weld method. The technology of weld's leakage-proof of large water-cooled radiator has been improved, and it has proved feasible.
