摘要
采用晶闸管直流斩波器的脉冲弧焊电源是由普通的直流弧焊电源,附加晶闸管直流斩波器组成的。本文提出了采用微型计算机进行控制的方案。对直流斩波器主电路如何选择专用微型计算机硬件和软件设计进行了讨论。文章给出了实验结果和典型频率下脉冲电流的示波图。实验证明,该弧焊电源工作可靠,操作方便,使用灵活。
Pulsed arc welding power source by thyristor DC chopper consists of common DC arc welding power source and DC chopper. A scheme of microcomputer-based control for the DC chopper is presented. Selection of DC chopper main circuit, hardware and software design of special purpose microcomputer are discussed. The experimental results and photos of the pulse current wave are also presented. The experiments show that operation of the source is reliable, convenient and mobile.
