摘要
根据金刚石圆锯片基体上激光切缝图形降低噪声的原理 ,设计了几种激光切缝图形的消音金刚石圆锯片 ;对金刚石圆锯片的噪声进行了对比测试研究 ,分析了不同激光切缝图形、喷水、槽宽等各种因素对噪声的影响。
Based on the theory of producing and controlling the circular diamond saw blade noise, The low noise diamond saw with laser cutting slot patterns is investigated in this paper.The noise of the diamond saw blade is tested by contrast experiment.Many factors affecting noise of the diamond saw blades,such as:different patterns on the blade,spraying,width of groove are investigated.obviously reducing noise of the saw blade with the proper laser-cutting slot patterns is showed.
