摘要
金刚石圆锯片在切割时产生的噪声对周围环境产生相当大的污染和危害:本文阐述了金刚石圆锯片噪声产生的机理,综合了国内外应用的消音方法以及研究动向.并着重阐述了阻尼合金夹层的消音机理,试验证明.研制的阻尼合金消音锯片克服了粘弹性阻尼消音锯片的阻尼材料易老化的缺点.使金刚石圆锯片降噪效果更加显著,使用寿命更长。
Diamond saw blade generates noise while cutting, that polluts the enviroment and damages human health. In this paper, the cause of the sawing noise and the ways of noise damping were discussed. The mechanism of noise damping by interlayered alloy was discussed on emphasis. The results showed that damping alloy interlayer overcomed the defect of the glutinous and elastic materials which were prone to aging, and led to better noise-reducing effect and longer working life.
