摘要
角接触球轴承作为高速主轴的核心部件 ,其动力学特性对整机的切削性能和加工精度有重要的影响。本文根据Jones的套圈控制理论建立的动静分析法 ,建立了高速球轴承的拟动力学模型 ,基于该模型采用定量方法比较研究了陶瓷球轴承与钢质球轴承的性能差异 。
As the core parts for high speed spindle, the dynamic properties of angle contact ball bearing has important effect on cutting performance and machining precision of whole machine. According to the dynamic-static analytical method established by Jones' raceway control theory, a quasi-dynamics model of bearing is build up in the thesis, Base on the model, a compare research with quantitative method between the ceramic ball bearing and steel ball bearing was carried on, and acquire some research results with practical value.
