摘要
对铝铁青铜构件在安装过程中出现的断裂进行了失效分析。通过受力分析、宏观断口分析和微观分析表明 ,零件的设计和化学成分符合要求 ;但由于在组织中存在由铁铝化物、铁硅化物和共析体组成软的富铁夹杂 ,使其易发生沿晶脆性断裂。
In this paper the fracture reason of aluminum-iron bronze was analyzed.Through mechanic analysis,macrofractgraphic analysis and microscopic analysis,it shows that the design of the component and chemical composition meet the requirements.However,due to the existence of rich-iron inclusion which consists of iron-aluminum compounds?iron-and eutectoid products,it contributes to intergranular fracture of the component.The appearance of rich-iron inclusion in the microstrcture may be related with segregation and coalescence of iron when copper alloy was melted.
