摘要
研究了锰、镍、铁等元素在铝青铜中对细化铝青铜组织的作用.高锰铝青铜由于锰稳定β相,抑制脆性相析出,使合金不仅强度高,而且塑性、韧性和耐腐蚀性好.低锰铝青铜脆性相多,塑性、韧性较低,虽相界多,由于加入了较多的镍,也显示有较好的耐蚀性.
This paper studies the effect of the elements inchuding Mn,Ni and Fe on the struture refinement in aluminum bronze.Because Mn can stabalize β phase and depress the precipatation of brittle phase, high Mn aluminum not only exhibits higher strength, but also elevates its plasticity and corrosionresistance. Low Mn aluminum broze,though in cluding lore brittle phase and lore grain interface, shows good corrosionresistance after the addition of Ni to the alloy.
