摘要
土地收购储备制度是国家在土地市场上的一项制度创新。本文从土地收购储备制度的产生背景入手,分析了其产生的现实与理念根源。然后就土地收购储备制度在实践当中所存在的各种显性与隐性风险进行剖析,并提出相应的法律防范措施。
Land storage system is a system renewal of our nation in the new century. In this paper, the background of its emergence and risk in practice were analyzed. Then, suggestions on the construction and perfection of the law system from the angle of legislation are put forward.
