摘要
土地储备制度诞生后,学者和政府相关部门的管理人员就开始对其相关问题进行广泛的研究与探讨。但由于土地储备还处于创新阶段,很多问题有待进一步明确。本文基于有关文献,对国内外土地储备的有关研究进行归纳与总结,概括土地储备的基本意义、作用、方法和途径,分析我国土地储备中的存在问题,并指出目前应开展的工作。
Land deposit is a new land management system.From the naissance of it,academicians as well as the managers in the relative governments have carried out the study about it widely.However,as the land deposit is still in innovation,there are many problems must to be definitude.Basing on the references,this paper concluded the study of land deposit,summed up the meaning,functions and approaches of it.Through analyzing the problems existing in the land deposit,several tasks must to do were pointed out.
