摘要
为减少水下施工的不便,广深高速东洲大桥承台的标高提高3m施工,造成河中6个承台共128条钢管桩的上部裸露水面,在进行包混凝土保护层施工中,由于施工选材、工艺等的问题,使混凝土过早松脱、腐蚀,加速了处于干湿状态中钢管桩的锈蚀。介绍对此现场进行的调查研究,提出相对应的分析与处治对策。
To reduce the difficulties of construction underwater, the design elevation of pile caps of Dongzhou Bridge on Guangzhou-Shenzhen Expressway was raised an additional height of 3 m while the pile caps were being constructed, which led to the exposure of the upper parts of 6 river pile caps, totally 128 steel pipe plies out of water. During the construction of the concrete covers for the pipe piles, the problems of improper selection of materials and construction technology caused the concrete to corrode and untimely spall off, which accelerated the corrosive rust of the piles in both dry and wet environment. In this paper, the field investigation of the steel pipe pile corrosion, analysis and corresponding measures for handling the corrosion are dealt with.
