摘要
通过对安装在盐渍土地面上的大型并网光伏电站基础的实地观测与分析表明,盐渍土对光伏电站安装基础具有较强的腐蚀性,地锚和混凝土基础在盐渍土中均存在不同程度的腐蚀。文章对大型地面光伏电站的安装标准及防腐措施进行了探讨,提出了对碳钢基础进行防腐处理、在水泥基础表面涂防腐涂料和对安装基础采取阴极保护等措施。
Observation and analysis have been taken for the bracket foundation of large ground- based grid-connected PV system, which is installed on saline land. The results show that saline soil will cause strong corrosion to the bracket foundation of PV system. Meanwhile it exists various de- grees corrosion to anchor and concrete foundation in saline soil. In this article, measures to prevent corrosion and standard for the installation of large ground-based grid-connected PV system are in- vestigated. Some corrosion protection measures such as anticorrosion treatment on carbon steel, paint- ing anticorrosion coatings on concrete base and taking cathodic protection on bracket foundation are put forward at the end of the paper.
