Ag_xMoO_3和Cu_xMoO_3的电性质

摘要 用固相反应法研究了 Ag_xMoO_3(x=0~0.9)和 Cu_xMoO_3(x=0~0.9)系统,在 Ag_zMoO_3中存在有别于其余组成的黑色相 Ag_(0.1-δ)MoO_3,此组成能用 TREOR 计算机程序指标化为单斜晶系:α=14.8326(?),b=7.S826(?),c=12.7533(?),β=113.03°.对 Cu_xMoO_3系统,铜插入到 MoO_3晶格中使 X 射线衍射谱复杂化.测定了两个系统的电导率,其中 Ag_(0.1-δ)MoO_3的总电导率为9.89S/cm,电子电导率为4.04×10^(-1)S/cm,是好的混合导体,其余组成的电导率随组成呈规律性变化. Ag_xMoO_3(x=0~0.9) and Cu_xMoO_3(x=0~0.9) system were studied by solid state reaction.A black phase Ag_(0.1-σ) MoO_3,which was different from other compositions,was found and couldbe indexed in monoclinic crystal system by TREOR computer program with the parametersα=14.8326(?),b=7.8826(?),c=12.7533(?) and β=113.03°.In Cu_xMoO_3 system,the intercalationof copper into molybdenum trioxide lattice tusked the X-ray diffraction pattern complex.The electrical conductivity of two systems were determined with complex impedance spec-trum analysis.The total conductivity of Ag_(0.1-δ)MoO_3 is 9.89S cm^(-1),whereas its electronicconductivity is 4.04×10^(-1)S.cm^(-1).Therefore,Ag(0.1-δ)MoO_3 is a good mixed conductor.Theelectrical conductivity of other compositions changes regularly with composition.The experimental results were discussed.
