摘要
用饱和碘蒸气掺杂双酞菁镥(Pc_2LuH)得到组成为(Pc_2LuH·I_6)的电荷转移复合物。碘掺杂后仍保持原来Pc_2LuH分子的夹心结构,但使沿酞菁环平面方向上彼此分子间靠近。碘未取代酞菁环上的氢;因为酞菁配位基,特别是氮原子向碘转移了电子,形成I_3^-.这样就有了氧化态的共轭分子和还原态的I_3^-分别堆砌成两个有序的分子柱,具备了一维导体的聚集态结构。用夹心池样品得到ρ_(25)℃=1.58×10~2Ω·cm,ΔE=0.1eV。
Iodine-doped bis (phthalocyaninato) lutetium was obtained by doping with iodine
vapor. Its structure was investigated and had the following characteristics; 1. The doped
iodine did not displace the hydrogen of phthalocyanine ring but exsited as I_3^- anion. 2.
Because of the electron located in the ligand, particularly on the nitrogen atom, was
transferred to iodine, the charge transfer complex of (Pc_2LuH·I_6) was formed. 3. The
sandwich structure of bis(phthalocyaninato)-lutetium was still kept intact, but along the
direction of conjugated plane the intermolecular distance was shortened. 4. The complex
was proved to exist in a quasi-one dimension conductor state, forming two ordered
molecular stacks. From the volt-ampere curve and the resistance-temperature curve with
sandwich cell, the room temperature resistivity (ρ_(25℃)) and the exciting energy (ΔE) of
the doped complex are shown to be 1.58×10~2 Ω·cm and 0.1eV respectively. Its electrical
behaviour obeyed the formula ρ=ρ_0exp(ΔE/Kt), showing the behavior of a typical
semiconductor.
