摘要
本文报道了水热法制备α-Al_2O_3微粉研究结果,在小口径高压釜内,实现了间接型制备α-Al_2O_3微粉,即前驱物经水热法反应后转变为勃姆石 AlO(OH);再经高温煅铙,转变为α-Al_2O_3,粒子保持了薄水铝纤维状形态.从晶体结构出发,文中探讨了 Al(OH)_3(胶体)→勃姆石 AlO(OH)→α-AL_2O_3的转变机理.
In this paper,results of investigation about hydrothermal processing α-Al_2O_3 powderwere reported.In an autoclave with small diameter,indirect preparing α-Al_2O_3 powderwas achieved.During hydrothermal reaction,starting material transformed into beohmiteAlO(OH);then beohmite transformed into α-Al_2O_3 when it was calcinated at high tempera-ture and shape of α-Al_2O_3 grains remained fibrous.Based on Structure of the crystals,trans-formation mechanism of Al(OH)_3(colloids)→beohmite AlO(OH)→α-Al_2O_3 was discussed.
