摘要
以硫酸铝为前驱体,采用模板诱导/水热法成功地制备了薄水铝石晶须,在1200℃的温度下煅烧制得了-αAl2O3晶须;通过TG/DTA、SEM和XRD对所制备的产物进行了表征,讨论了薄水铝石晶须的生长机理,由AFM表征证明薄水铝石晶须的生长过程是螺旋位错生长.
Boemite whiskers prepared by template- mediated and hydrothermal synthesis with precursors of Al2(SO4)3 could be calcined to synthesize α-Al2O3 whiskers at 1 200℃. They were characterized respectfully by TG/DTA, SEM and XRD. From TG/DTA, we could understand clearly the transition temperature of different crystallines of Al2O3. Micrographs of boemite and α-Al2O3whiskers could be observed clearly from SEM photos,that boemite expressed chrysanthemum shape with heads curved while micrographs of α-Al2O3 whiskers were different because of boehmite dehydration. Finally template - mediated growth mechanism of boemite whiskers had been discussed. The growth process of boemite whiskers was controlled by screw dislocation growth by the characterization of AFM.
