摘要
本文作者测量了(28/0/100)PLZT 陶瓷的介电性能,获得了常温及液氮温度下的透射电子衍射象.首次在陶瓷材料中观察到电子波在材料中卫星环状漫散射现象.作者从晶体的衍射及漫散射理论出发,将获得的倒易空间信息还原到正空间.结合材料介电性能的测量,提出了(28/0/100)PLZT材料的低温相变模型.随着温度降低,材料中出现与基体共格的球形小区域,在球形小区域的周围出现具有方向性和周期性的晶格畸变.
We have measured the dielectric properties of PLZT(28/0/100)ceramics and have got thetransmit electron diffraction patterns at room temperature and liquid-nitrogen temperature.For the first time,we observed the ringlike Satellite diffusion of electron wave in ceramicsmaterials.According to the theories of diffraction and diffusion,we returned the K-space toreal space.Based on the measurement of dielectric properties,the low temperature phasetransformation mechanism is proposed to PLZT(28/0/100)ceramics.When temperature islowering,small spherical regions which have same lattice with base material appear in theceramics.There is lattice deformation which is orientated and periodic around these regions.
