芋艿茎尖诱导成苗成芋的组培技术研究 被引量:4

摘要 以芋艿茎尖为试材,研究培养基和不同光照条件对芋艿茎尖诱导成苗和试管苗的诱导成芋的影响.结果表明:茎尖诱导成苗的较理想培养基为:NS+3%蔗糖+6-BA5.0mg L-1+NAA0.02mg L-1(单位下同);分化培养基为:NS+3%蔗糖+6-BA3.0+NAA1.0;诱导成芋培养基为:NS+8%蔗糖+6-BA1.0+NAA0.5;自然光培养比日光灯培养的试管苗明显偏高,粗壮,试管芋的块茎明显偏大,但分化苗的丛芽数较少. This paper investigates the influence of the different media and different illuminations on inducing seedlings and test-tube seedlings from taro's stem-tips.The experimental results show that the ideal medium of inducing seedlings,differentiating seedlings and inducing taros fromtaro's stem-tips is NS+3%sucrose+6-BA5.0+NAA0.02,NS+3%sucrose+6-BA3.0+NAA1.0 and NS+8%sucrose+6-BA(1.0)+NAA0.5(drug unit:mg/L-1) respectively.The test-tube seedlings in the natural illumination culture are obviously higher and robuster than those in the fluorescent lamp culture,and the test-tube taro's bulbs in the natural illumination culture are also bigger than those in the influorescent lamp culture while the number of clump-buds of differentiating seedlings is smaller in the above mentioned same comparison as mentioned above.
