摘要
本文针对某种型号涡轮增压器存在进气口振动、噪声大等问题,先通过三维坐标仪对该涡轮增压器叶轮叶片曲面轮廓进行坐标测量,然后用CAD软件进行三维建模,并利用有限元软件对叶轮大小叶片进行了模态分析,得出了叶片的各阶固有频率以及相应振型。对比增压器压气机的工作转速和叶轮片通过频率,找出叶片共振的频率,从而为有效地控制压气机进气口振动、噪声大等问题提供理论依据。
In this paper,in allusion to large vibration and high noise problems existing in the entrance of the turbo-charger's compressor of one type of product of a factory,first collect profile coordinate data of this thurbo-charger vanes by three-coordinate instrument,then build models by CAD software,then carry the vibration-mode analysis on the laminas by using FEM software,and last the lamina's natural frequency of each rank and their corresponding vibration moed are gained.The lamina's syntonic frequency are gotten,in contrast to revolving speed of the turbo-charger and the passing frequencies of the vanes,and then change the lamina model and reach the aim to reduce the lamina's resonance,and avoid large vibration and high noise.
