摘要
利用CAD软件对增压器的压气机叶片和涡轮叶片进行三维实体造形,并运用大型有限元分析软件对叶片进行模态分析,得到叶片的各阶固有频率及相应振型,对比增压器的工作转速和叶轮的通过频率,找出叶片的共振频率.从而为增压器叶片的优化设计提供依据.
CAD software is adopted to construct a 3 D solid model of compressor blades and turbo blades of turbochargers. Modal analysis of the blades is then carried out by large - scale finite element analysis software to obtain natural frequency of each rank and corresponding vibration modes. Through the comparison of charger speeds and blade frequencies, mization of turbocharger the resonance frequency of the blades is found out, which may be referential to the optiblades.
