摘要
目的 :观察经血宁胶囊对消化性溃疡出血的临床疗效。方法 :将84例消化性溃疡合并出血的中医辨证属脾虚不摄证的住院患者随机分组 ,其中治疗组48例给予口服经血宁胶囊 ,每次2粒 ,1日4次 ;对照组36例给予口服云南白药胶囊每次2粒 ,1日4次。7天为1疗程。结果 :治疗组和对照组止血愈显率分别为95 83%和94 44 %,两组疗效无显著性差异(Ridit分析 ,u=0.27,P>0 05) ;两组治疗前后出血伴随症状心悸、乏力积分差值比较 ,差异显著(P<0 05) ;两组大便潜血平均阴转时间分别为3 50±1 24天和3 57±1 36天(P>0 05)。结论
Purpose: To observe the clinical effect of Jing Xue Ning Capsule on the complicated bleeding from peptic ulcer. Methods: 84 patients with peptic ulcer complicated bleeding were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group with 48 cases was treated with Jing Xue Ning Capsule(2 pills each time p.o, q.i.d), while the control group with 36 cases was given Yunnan Baiyao Capsule with the same dosage as Jing Xue Ning Capsule. The treatment course lasted 7 days. Results: The curative rate for the peptic ulcer bleeding reached 95.83%, 94.44% for the treatment group and control group respectively with no significant effect between the two groups (P>0.05). However, the integral differences in cincomintant palmic and hypodynamic symptoms between the two groups were obvious before and after the treatment (P<0.05). The average time for the occult blood in stool transferring into the negative was 3.50±1.24 days and 3.57±1.36 days respectively(P>0.05).Conclusions:Jing Xue Ning Capsule has the same effect as Yunnan Baiyao Capsule in stanching bleeding and is superior to Yunnan Baiyao Capsule in improving the cincomintant palmic and hypodynamic symptoms.
