摘要
目的观察云南白药胶囊联合山莨菪碱治疗支气管扩张咯血的止血效果。方法将支气管扩张咯血患者56例随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组29例采用云南白药胶囊联合山莨菪碱治疗;对照组27例采用云南白药胶囊治疗。结果治疗组止血总有效率为89.7%,对照组总有效率为66.7%,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论云南白药胶囊联合山莨菪碱是治疗支气管扩张咯血确切有效的止血方法。
Objective To observe the hemostatic effect of the Yunnanbaiyao capsules combined with anisodamine in treatment of bronchiectasis hemoptysis. Methods Divide 56 cases into the treatment group and control group randomly, where the treatment group, 29 cases were treated by the Yunnanbaiyao capsule combined with anisodamine treatment, and the control group, 27 cases, were treated by the Yunnanbaiyao capsule treatment alone. Results The total efficiency of the treatment group is, and the total efficiency of the control group is, which have the significant differences P〈0.05. Conclusion The method by using the Yunnanbaiyao capsules combined with anisodamine in treatment of bronchiectasis hemoptysis is effective haemostasis.
