摘要
在分析图书馆火灾安全疏散的各种因素的基础上 ,建立了安全疏散措施评估因素集 ,应用模糊层次分析法获得了评估因素的权重 ,提出了模糊综合评价的模型及评价等级的确定方法。该方法对于分析安全疏散措施的有效性及存在的问题有着重要的理论和实践意义。
Based on the analysis of factors associated with fire safety evacuation in library, parameters for assessing safety evacuation measures are determined. Using the Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process, the weights of all factors are obtained. The model of fuzzy synthetic evaluation and the method, by which the grade is determined, are put forward. It has important theoretical and practical meaning with respect to analyzing the effectivity and existing problems of safety evacuation measures.
