摘要 本文介绍了新型防腐剂DMF(富马酸二甲酯)在柑桔中残留量的气相色谱测定方法。柑桔中的DMF用二氯甲烷提取,柱层析分离净化后,经HP-1柱分离,FID检测。本方法的最低检出限为0.018g/3L。 A gas chromatographic method has been developed for the determination of DMF(dimethyl fumarate)residue in citrus fruits. The procedure is as follows: DMF in citrus fruits sample was extracted with CH_2Cl_2 and the extract was evaporated to 1.0ml or less. The solution was cleaned up through a silica gel column, and then, DMF in the extract was determined by GC with FID and linear temperature programmer. The extract was separated by HP-1 column(10m×0.53mm×2.65μm). The retention time and the peak area were used for qualitative and quantitative determination, respectively. The detection limit of DMF was 0.018μg/3μl. The recoveries were 62.8%~69.4%. The coefficients of variation were 6.4%~9.7%.
