家兔iv 10mg/kg甲基肼(MMH),呈二室开放模型。pc MMH25和60mg/kg,均符合一级吸收-室模型。实验表明,MMH经家兔皮肤吸收入血快,而透入皮肤更快,存在“皮肤库”;分布速度极快,呈周身分布,但周室稍富集;消除较快,物质蓄积性弱;肾清除占机体总清除的50%以下,存在肾外清除途径。 洗消液AA对MMH pc的动力学模型和消除过程无影响,但使吸收程度及吸收量下降了85%左右。
The toxicokinetics of monomethylhydrazine ( MMH ) percutaneous absorption in rabbits was studied. The kinetic models of MMH 10mg/kg iv in rabbits were two compartmental open models, and the model of MMH 25 or 6.mg/kg pc was a first-order absorptive compartmental model. The toxicokinetic characterstics of MMH in rabbits was as follows: MMH can be absorbed rapidly and the rate of diffusion crossing skin was very fast. The speed of distribution was much higher. It was distributed all over the body and richened in peripheral compartment. The elimination of MMH was also rapid. AA solution had no effect on the toxicokinetics of MMH, but it diminished the absorbed amount of MMH from skin contain mination.
