摘要
采用146例国人和415例动物的离体心脏,研究了左心室条束的形态结构、组织化学、免疫组织化学和电生理特性。并对633例病人和100例健康人进行了二维超声心动图检查。在解剖学方面,成人左心室条束的出现率为71%,小儿63%,动物93%。在超声检查方面,病人左心室条束的检出率为31%,健康人为40%。左心室条束位于左心室流出道。暗红色条束主要由心肌纤维构成,条束周边含有束细胞;乳白色条束主要由结缔组织和束细胞构成。左心室条束内含有丰富的神经纤维。超微结构和电生理学研究发现,条束内除含有心肌细胞和束细胞外,还含有私行细胞,作者对左心室条束引起心脏杂音和心律失常的机理进行了探讨。
With hearts of 146 men and 415 animals,the morphologic struture,and histochimical,im- munohistochemcal and electrophysiological,features about the left ventricular band were srudied. And the hearts of 633 patients and 100 healthy subjects were examined with 2-dimensional e- chocardiogarphy as well.On the anatomy,the left ventricular bands were seen in patients(31%), and healthy subjects(40%).The left ventricular bands lie in the outflow tract of the left ventric- ular cavity.The darkred band consits of myocardial cells.There are bundie cells in the periphary. The milkwhite band consists of the connective tissue and bundle cells.There are many nerve fibers in the left ventricular bands.The results of ultrastuctre and electrophysiology show that there are tarnsitional cells besides myocardial cells and bundle cells.The mechanism or the cardial murmur and premature ventricular contraction were discussed.
