摘要
用78例成人心脏和35例小儿心脏研究了左心室条束的形态结构,成人心脏中出现55例(71％)左心室条束,共83条(1.51±0.78),男性34例(76％),女性21例(54％)。35例小儿心脏出现22例(63％)左心室条束,共25条(1.14±0.35)。左心室条束多附着于室间隔和室侧壁,室间隔和后乳头肌之间。暗红色条束和乳白色条束的组织结构有所不同。本文还讨论了左心室条束的临床意义。
The morphologic studies about the left ventricular bands have been done with hearts of 78 adults and 35 children. In 55(70%)hearts of adults, there are 83(1.51±0.78) bands. In 22 (63%) hearts of children, there are 25(1.14±0.35) bands. The left ventricular bands mostly attach the interventricular septum and the lateral wall, the interventricular septum and the posterior papillary muscle. The structures of the dark red bands differ from the milk white bands. The clinic significancea bout the left ventricular bands have been discussed.
