摘要
采用指环形板层角膜移植术治疗18例重症角巩膜病变,其中边缘性角膜变性5例,蚕蚀性角膜溃疡12例,角巩膜葡萄肿1例。病变范围均大于1/2周。平均随访22个月,除2例蚕蚀性角膜溃疡复发外,其余16例原发病均得到控制,植片透明愈合,视力均有不同程度提高。并从光学、角膜免疫学和角膜生理学方面探讨了这种手术的可行性及手术注意事项。
18 cases of severe sclerocorneal diseases were treated by annular lamellar keratoplasty. There are 5 cases of marginal degeneration, 12 cases of moorens ulcer and 1 cases of sclerocorneal staphyloma. The disease area are all over 180°. inn addition to 2 cases of Moorens ulcer recurrence, the corneal grafts were transporent and useful vision was restored in 16 cases after a mean follow-up period of 22 months. The practicability of the operation was discussed in optics, immunology and physiology of cornea.
