摘要
以猪脾为原料,用新城疫病毒F素(NDV-F)诱导制备猪脾干扰素(PorsIFN),并与人α-干扰素(HuIFN-α)进行了抗病毒活性的比较,结果PorsIFN在人二倍体细胞(2BS)上抗水泡性口腔炎病毒(VSV)的活性是在猪肾细胞(PK15))上的1.25倍,而HuIFN-α在PK15上的抗VSV活性比在2BS上低1/2,但单纯疱疹病毒1型(HSV-1)对HuIFN-α的敏感性高于PorsIFN。
Preparation and the heterologous activity of porcine spleen interferon (PorsIFN) was studied in this report. The anti-VSV activity of PorsIFN in 2BS cells was 1.25 times higher than that on PK15 cells. But the cross-species activity of HuIFN-α was slightly lower, and the anti-VSV ac- tivity on PK15 cells was only 1/2 with that on 2BS cells. Also the pronounced inhibitory effect to HSV-1 of the two interferons was observed on 2BS cells and PK15 cell line, and it seemed that the sensitivity of HSV-1 to PorsIFN was lower than that to HuIFN-α.
