摘要
以乙肝疫苗为抗原,猪脾细胞为效应细胞,进行体外免疫反应,成功地制备出猪脾乙肝特异性转移因子PS_（HBV）-TF.抗原特异性皮肤试验证实,该PS_（HBV）-TF具有转移抗乙肝病毒特异性细胞免疫功能.
A new method is described for production specific transfer factor. The procedure was that the pig spleen cells were immunized in vitro to hepatitis B vaccine. Then the responder cells were harvested and prepared pig spleen HBV transfer factor (PSHBV-TF). The antigen specific skin test showed that the PSHBV-TF was able to transfer specific cell mediated immunity against HBV.
