紫外线诱变选育优质高产海藻酸产生菌的研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用紫外线照射出发菌株——维氏固氮菌N13菌株曲种液,稀释平板分离,再经多次初筛和复筛获得遗传性好且稳定的维氏固氮菌诱变株342。其海藻酸合成量为7.42±1.26g/L,比出发菌株高27.5%,并提高了海藻酸的纯度,其他参数也很理想。其M/G值为0.819,单位重量蔗糖的海藻酸合成转换量最商时为379.3±35.3mg海藻酸干重/g消耗蔗糖。 In this project by applying UV-ray to irradiate the bacterium liquid of the -wild strain-A vinellandii Nl3 strain, and through diluting plane isolation, and after repeated sieving and selection, the mutant A、Vinellandii strain 342 is obtained, which is of an excellent and stable hereditary charcter.lts yield of alginic acid is 7.42±1.26g/L,which is 27.5 % higher than that of the wild strain. In the meantime, the purity of alginic acid is improved and other parameters are quite ideal as well Its ratio of M/G is 0.819. The highest yield of alginic acid per unit weight of sucrose consumed is 379.8±35.5mg/g (sugar).
