摘要
本文报道适当浓度的Ca^(2+)、Fe^(2+)在发酵液中能抑制噬菌体530对谷氨酸生产菌株T_6-13、B_(?)的裂解,谷氨酸发酵产量不低于对照菌株。
Using Ca^(2+), Fe^(2+) in proper concentration as the inhibitor of phage 530, the strains T_6-13 and B_9 of L-Glutamate-producing bacteria could not be lysised. These strains produced the Glutamate no less than the parental strain did.
