摘要
本文研究了一种中性盐浴渗钒剂,其特点是渗钒速度快,盐浴流动性好,粘盐少,易清理。对T12钢经950℃×6h渗钒处理,所得渗钒层厚度为15~17μm,硬度高而脆性小。文中还对中性盐治渗钒层的形成机理进行了分析。
This paper dealt with Vanadizing in the neutral salt bath, of which the vanadizing rate and fluidity were higher. The retained salt on the treated workpieces wsa less and easy to cleaning out. The 15~17μm thickness of vanadium carbide layer could be formed on the surface of T12 steel at 950℃ for 6 hours.The vanadized layer possessed higher hardness and less brittleness. The forming mechanism of vanadized layer in the neutral salt bath was cdso discussed.
