摘要
试验研制出一种以中性盐为主的盐浴渗硼剂,并对盐浴渗硼进行了化学热力学分析。试验结果表明,新研制的渗硼盐浴具有流动性好,易清洗,比重偏析小,渗速快,均匀稳定等特点。可得到单相硼化层。45钢900℃渗硼3h,硼化层厚达96μm。
Thermodynamically analyzes the boronizing process of the new developed agent,the efficiency of its composition and relative activators and reductors.Experimental result shows that it has some advantages,such as,good fluidity,easy clean-up,lower seperation,better homogeneity and stability, etc. From the x-ray difration spectrum, in ferred that the boronized layer on specimens made by 45 steel is single phase Fe_2B.Boronized layer with 96 urn may be obtained by the 900℃ and 3h boronizing.
