摘要
研究了Al2O3的引入对烧成镁钙砖性能的影响.通过改变Al2O3的加入量,探讨了Al2O3的加入对烧成镁钙砖的体积密度、显气孔率和耐压强度的影响;用静态坩埚法对试样进行渣蚀能力测定;利用X_射线衍射仪和显微镜对烧成后试样及渣蚀后试样的矿物相及显微结构进行分析;通过相图计算了材料在1580℃烧成时出现的液相量.结果表明,在烧成镁钙砖中引入3%-7%的Al2O3,在1580℃形成9%-17%液相量,促进砖的烧结,提高致密度,并进一步提高镁钙砖的抗渣蚀能力.
This paper studied the effect of Al_2O_3 on characteristic of the burned magnesia_calcia bricks.It discussed the effect of Al_2O_3 on volume density,superfical porosity and compressive stregth of the burned magnesia_calcia bricks through changing the Al_2O_3 content;measured the brucks' capacities of slag_resistant with crucibles;analyzed the burned bricks and attacked bricks' capacities of slag_resistant with crucibles;analyzed the bruned bricks and attacked bricks' internal mineral and microscopic fabric with X_ray diffractio instrument and microscope;caculated liquid content when samples was bruned at 1 580 ℃ throuhg phase graph.The results indicated that 3%-7% Al_2O_3 led into the bruned magnesia_calcia bricks form 9%-17% liquid content at 1 580 ℃,promote th bricks' compact_burning,improve the capacity of slag_resistant of bricks.
