摘要
对21株外生菌根菌依次有选择地进行了生长能力,拮抗作用,生态适应性,激素分泌等系列筛选实验。所筛选出的 Suillus grevillei(K1.)Sing.能在3种类型的培养基上迅速生长对 Rhizoctonia solani Kühn 有较强的拮抗作用,对各种生态条件有较好的耐受能力,离体培养能产生乙烯和玉米素。实验表明,液体深层发酵技术制备的S.grevillei 固体菌剂,对油松幼苗生长有很好的促进作用,从而验证了本文所提出的筛选程序与准则。
Twenty-one ectomycorrhizal fungi were used to screen for producing commercial ectomy-corrhizal fungus inoculum through a series of experiments,which included growth in diffe-rent media,antagonism and hyperparasitism against the pathogenetic fungus——Rhizoctonia so-lani,ecological adaptability such as temperature,pH,salt tolerance,water stress and host spe-cificity,production of phytohormones and so on.In these experiments,Suillus grevillei(K1).Sing showed its strong abilities to grow fast invaried media,antagonize against and hyperparasitize on R.solani in plates,keep alive atbroad range of ecological conditions,form ectomycorrhizae with Pinus elliottii and P.tabulae-formis,produce ethylene and zeitin.So S.grevillei was chosen to be produced vegetative inc-tulum by 14-litre auto-control fermentor.Then the inoculum was applied onto the containerseedlings of P.tabulaeformis in greenhouse.The results demonstrated that S.grevillei couldaccelerate the growth of seedlings,enhance the biomass of trees in general.
